Your public profile, listings, and ratings are visible to other Users. Messages are shared between conversation participants only. A full idea description is shared only with a buyer whose payment is held. A manager's CV is shown only to people considering hiring that manager; mandate records are visible only to the client, the manager and Picela.
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Picela, our Users, or the public.
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.
